Your whole operation, one screen.

Buying CRM software solves nothing. Most owners we meet are already paying for one that nobody opens. The value was never the software — it is the setup.

CRM Setup & Implementation

Why the CRM you already pay for is not being used

Because it was set up by the software company for a generic business, not for yours. The default pipeline stages do not match how a job actually moves through your shop. Nothing happens automatically, so using it is pure extra admin on top of a full day. And nobody was ever properly trained, so the team keeps working out of texts and memory.

An unused CRM is worse than no CRM, because it gives you a false sense that things are tracked while leads quietly fall out of the bottom.

What implementation actually means

  1. Map how work really flowsBefore touching software, we work out the real stages a job passes through in your business, who owns each one, and what has to be true to move forward. The tool gets shaped to that, not the other way round.
  2. Build the pipeline properlyStages, required fields, owners, and next actions, so no lead can sit in limbo with nobody responsible for it. If a card has not moved, somebody knows.
  3. Wire in the automationsThe CRM is where the 60-second follow-up and the long-term nurture live. Appointment reminders, review requests, and quote chasers all fire from here without anybody pressing a button.
  4. Migrate your history inContacts out of your phone, your inbox, your notebook, and whatever half-finished system you tried last year. One place, deduplicated, with the history attached.
  5. Train the humansShort, practical sessions on the five things your team will actually do daily, plus written steps they can check later. Adoption is the whole game — a perfect build nobody uses is a failure.
  6. Reporting you will readOne view: leads in, cost per lead, booked jobs, revenue, and what is stuck. Not forty dashboards nobody opens.

We would rather fix what you have than sell you a migration. If your current system can do the job once it is set up properly, that is the cheaper and less disruptive answer and we will say so. If it genuinely cannot, we will tell you exactly why before anybody moves anything.

What changes

No lead without an owner

Every enquiry has a stage, a person responsible, and a next action with a date on it.

The follow-up runs itself

Reminders, chasers, and review requests fire on their own, which is the only way they happen consistently.

You can finally answer the money question

What a lead costs and what a customer is worth, in a number you can act on.

The business gets less dependent on you

Because the process lives in a system, not in your head, which is also what makes it sellable one day.

Questions people actually ask

Which CRM do you use?

We work in whatever fits your business, and we are genuinely CRM-agnostic on the build. We do a lot of work in GoHighLevel because it bundles the pipeline, texting, and automation a local service business needs in one place, but if you are already on something workable we would rather configure that than force a move.

Will you move my existing contacts across?

Yes, including deduplicating them and attaching whatever history we can recover. Messy sources are normal — phone contacts, inbox, spreadsheets, notebooks. That is the job.

What if my team refuses to use it?

That is the most common failure mode, and it is usually a design problem rather than a people problem. If using the system is more work than the workaround, people use the workaround. We build it so the CRM is the path of least resistance, then train on the handful of daily actions rather than the whole feature set.

Do I keep everything if we stop working together?

Yes. It is your account, your data, and your contacts. We build in your name, not inside some agency wrapper you cannot leave.
