Salles Media is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Kai Salles, based in Lehighton, Pennsylvania ("Salles Media," "we," "us," "our"). These terms govern your use of sallesmedia.com and any strategy call, free trial campaign, or paid engagement with us. By using our site or booking a call with us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Salles Media provides paid advertising management, speed-to-lead follow-up systems, Google Business Profile optimization, social presence management, and website design for local service businesses. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement are agreed separately in writing before paid work begins.

The free trial campaign

Where offered, our free first-campaign trial is built and run at our discretion based on your market and offer. It is not a guarantee of a specific number of leads, bookings, or sales. If the trial does not perform to the standard we discuss with you, we will turn off the campaign and you may keep the ad creative we produced for it, as described at the time of the offer.

No guarantee of results

Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, and how leads are handled once they reach you. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or return on ad spend for any paid engagement.

Payment

Fees, payment schedule, and any minimum commitment for paid work will be set out in a separate agreement or invoice. Ad spend paid directly to platforms like Meta is separate from our service fees unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual property

Ad creative, copy, and other deliverables we produce for you as part of a paid engagement or the free trial are yours to keep and use, as described in our offer. Our website design, code, and this site's own content remain the property of Salles Media unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Communications

By providing your phone number or email, you agree we may contact you about your inquiry, appointment, or campaign by call, text, or email. See our Privacy Policy for how to opt out.

Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including Meta, Google, and our CRM/scheduling provider. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by these platforms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salles Media and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of our site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
