Leads that warm up without you.
Most quotes do not get rejected. They get forgotten. Nurturing is the cheapest revenue you will ever own, because you already paid to find these people once.
AI Prospect Nurturing
The pile of money in your old leads
Think about everybody who asked you for a price in the last two years and did not go ahead. They were interested enough to contact you. Most of them did not choose a competitor out of spite — they got busy, the timing was wrong, the spouse said wait until spring, the boiler survived another winter.
Almost none of them heard from you again. When the timing finally became right, they searched fresh and called whoever came up, which means you paid to generate a lead and then handed it to somebody else eighteen months later.
How the nurture actually runs
- Everybody gets a stage, not a shrugEvery past enquiry and dead quote goes into the pipeline with a reason it stalled. "Not now" is a timeline, not a no, and it gets treated as one.
- Long-horizon check-ins that are not spamUseful, specific, occasional contact over months: seasonal reminders that fit your trade, a note when something changes, an honest check-in. Written in your voice, not a template with your logo on it.
- Triggered by timing, not by a calendarThe first cold snap for an HVAC business. Spring for roofers and remodelers. Six months after a cut for a salon. The sequence fires when the customer is likely to care, not when a spreadsheet says day 30.
- Re-engagement of the whole back catalogueWe work through the leads you already have before spending anything new. It is the fastest revenue in the entire system and it costs no ad budget.
- Straight back into live follow-upThe moment somebody replies, they are a hot lead again and the 60-second follow-up system takes over. Nurture hands off to speed.
Roughly seven in ten people who enquire are not ready to buy today. Almost every local business builds their entire process around the three who are, and lets the other seven evaporate. The businesses that quietly dominate a local market are usually just the ones still talking to all ten.
What you get
Revenue from leads you already paid for
No new ad spend involved. This is margin recovered from money already spent.
Referral and review requests that happen
The follow-up after the job gets done, every time, instead of when you remember. Reviews are what feed the map pack.
Repeat work on a schedule
Maintenance, seasonal service, and rebooking prompts that go out whether or not anybody is thinking about it.
A list that becomes an asset
An engaged local audience you own outright, rather than an audience rented from a platform that can change its rules tomorrow.
Where we draw the line
We will not build anything that hammers a list until it hates you. Frequency is set conservatively, unsubscribes are one tap and instantly respected, and consent rules are followed properly rather than creatively — a texting program that gets your number flagged as spam has destroyed an asset, not built one. Nurture works because it is welcome. The moment it stops being welcome it stops working.
Questions people actually ask
Is this just an email newsletter?
No. Newsletters broadcast the same thing to everybody on a schedule. This is triggered by where a specific person is in their own timeline — what they enquired about, why it stalled, and what season it is for your trade — and it runs mostly over text, because local service customers read texts and ignore email.
Will this annoy people?
It would if it were high-frequency and generic, which is why it is neither. Cadence is deliberately low, the content is specific to what they originally asked about, and opting out is one tap. If a sequence starts producing unsubscribes rather than replies, we change it.
I have a messy list of old leads in a notebook and three inboxes. Can you still use it?
Yes, and that is the normal starting point. Getting that history into one place is part of the CRM work, and it is usually where the first easy revenue comes from.
