Do I need a CRM for my small business?

You need one when you can no longer reliably answer what happened to every enquiry from last month. If you are getting a handful of leads and closing almost all of them from your phone, a CRM is overhead you do not need yet. The moment leads start slipping through, or more than one person is handling them, the notebook has become the bottleneck.

Signs you have outgrown texts and memory

That last one is usually the expensive one. A list of past enquiries you cannot reach is a pile of paid-for leads you are unable to use.

The honest catch

Buying CRM software fixes none of this. Most owners we meet are already paying for one that nobody opens, because it was configured for a generic business, nothing happens automatically, and using it is extra admin on top of a full day. An unused CRM is worse than no CRM, because it makes you believe things are being tracked.

The value is entirely in the setup: stages that match how your jobs really move, automation that does the follow-up for you, and enough training that the team uses it because it is the easiest path rather than the mandated one. That is what implementation actually means, and it is why we would rather configure what you have than sell you a migration.

What good looks like

Every lead has a stage, an owner, and a next action with a date. Reminders and review requests fire without anybody pressing anything. And you can answer, in one screen, what a lead costs and what a customer is worth.
