More consultations, more rebooked packages.

Aesthetics is a considered, private, repeat purchase. That makes discretion, trust, and rebooking worth more than reach.

What actually costs you bookings

Prospective clients research quietly for weeks before enquiring, and when they finally do they are sensitive about how they are handled. A pushy or clumsy follow-up loses them permanently. So does a slow one.

Then the real economics: most treatments are courses or repeat cycles, so a client who completes one package and is never contacted again represents most of the value walking out of the door.

What we would run for a med spas business

Discreet, fast follow-up

Immediate response written to be warm and low-pressure rather than salesy. Tone is a functional requirement in this trade, not a preference.

Consultation-focused funnels

The goal of a campaign is a booked consultation, not a treatment sold from an ad. Everything is measured on consultations that show up.

Treatment-cycle rebooking

Automated prompts timed to the actual clinical interval for each treatment, so courses complete and clients return on schedule.

Compliance-aware creative

Advertising rules around before-and-afters and health claims are strict on Meta and elsewhere. We build within them rather than getting your account restricted.

Trust as the primary asset

Practitioner credentials, real reviews, and genuine results presented properly. For a treatment involving a needle, this outweighs price.

Where to start

Almost never with advertising. The first conversation is about which part of your funnel is leaking, because in most med spas businesses the leads already exist and are being lost after they arrive. Fixing that is faster and cheaper than buying more of them. See the full set of systems or read how leads actually get lost.

Questions people actually ask

Can you advertise aesthetic treatments on Meta at all?

Yes, within real constraints. Health and appearance claims are restricted, before-and-after imagery is often problematic, and personal-attribute targeting is limited. Campaigns that respect those rules run fine; campaigns that ignore them get accounts restricted, which is a much bigger problem than a rejected ad.

Our clients are private. Will automated follow-up feel intrusive?

It should not, and if it does we have built it wrong. Cadence is low, wording is discreet, nothing identifies a treatment in a message subject or preview, and opting out is immediate. Discretion is a design constraint here.
